Auf dem Bahnsteig haben wir zwei Amerikaner (Tom + Sabrina) getroffen, die gerade 7 Monate durch Europa getrampt sind. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass unser Englisch besser als sein Ruf ist (hoffentlich!). Nach 2 Std. Versp\u00e4tung gings dann endlich los, Starten + die erste \u00bd Stunde waren ganz sch\u00f6n mulmig. Sp\u00e4ter ist es besser wie Zugfahren, nur die Landung ist ein bi\u00dfchen schummerig. Das \u201eGelobte Land\u201c begr\u00fc\u00dft uns mit B\u00fcrokratie (die gut ausging) und einer Nacht auf dem Airport.<\/em><\/p><p><em>(Ekke) Glory, Glory, Halleluya, da sind wir in der neuen Welt! Hurra, dank der Versp\u00e4tung und den Formalit\u00e4ten haben wir keine Zeit um nach Manhatten zu fahren, aber viel Zeit um zu schlafen. Der Berthold traf uns wieder, so das wir gegenseitig auf das Gep\u00e4ck achten konnten. So hatte ich mir Amerika nicht vorgestellt: Sitze mit \u201eTV\u201c daran 20 Minuten f\u00fcr 25 Cent. Darinnen h\u00e4ngen fertige Leute die sich nicht zwischen den Programmen und den Zigaretten einigen k\u00f6nnen und so total konfus die Programme wechseln und Kippen an und aus machen. Anne hatte eine T\u00fcte Gummib\u00e4rchen dabei, aus der sich der Z\u00f6llner mit &#8222;I love german bears&#8220; freiz\u00fcgig bediente.
