Wesentliches und genau das fehlte ihr in meinem Ansatz und so konnte sie mich bremsen ohne dass es zum Streit gekommen w\u00e4re.<\/p><p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Volksz%C3%A4hlung_in_der_Bundesrepublik_Deutschland_1987\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Volksz\u00e4hlung<\/a> war ein Aufregerthema, gemessen an den heute erhobenen und verarbeiteten Daten nat\u00fcrlich ein St\u00fcrmchen im Schnappsglas. Allerdings hatte das Bundesverfassungsgericht damals sehr vorausschauend ein Grundrecht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung formuliert, was eine in ihrer Tragweite damals v\u00f6llig untersch\u00e4tzte Entscheidung war.<\/p><p>Die beiden Fotos, eines davon zeigte ich schon vor einigen Tagen, zeigt die Pampelmuse als ganze Frucht und angeschnitten. Bei der Recherche habe ich gelern, dass dieses vermeintlich \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige wei\u00dfe &#8222;F\u00fcllmaterial&#8220; erhebliche Mengen Pektin enth\u00e4lt und deshalb f\u00fcr dessen Gewinnung verwendet wird. Die \u00e4u\u00dfere Schale enth\u00e4lt auch relativ viel (&#8222;Orangen-&#8222;)\u00d6l, dessen Gewinnung ebenfalls von Iteresse ist. Um dann die eigentliche Frucht nicht wegzuwerfen, wird diese dann meist zu Saft verarbeitet, manchmal aber auch in Folie eingeschwei\u00dft verkauft.
