So stopften wir tapfer die Glaswolle in die W\u00e4nde, damit in der kommenden Woche die Gipser kommen und die W\u00e4nde mit Gipskarton belegen konnten.<\/p><p>Lange Spazierg\u00e4nge zur Er\u00f6rterung unserer Angelegenheiten waren auch sp\u00e4ter eine gute Methode ohne Ablenkung zu einem guten Ergebnis zu kommen. Die Suche nach dem \u201eZiel\u201c des Lebens war schwierig.<\/p><p>Gruselfilme waren nichts f\u00fcr Anne, da war sie, sonst h\u00e4ufig (TV-)Nachteule, dann doch eher fr\u00fch verschwunden.<\/p><p>Das Bild zeigt mich am Vortag, in einem der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eukalypten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eukalyptusb\u00e4ume<\/a> auf dem in Aussicht stehenden Grundst\u00fccks herumkletternd. Das verleitete die mitreisenden Australier uns die dem deutschen Sprichwort &#8222;Vom Regen in die Traufe kommen&#8220; entsprechende australische Variante zu erl\u00e4utern. Im Englischen lautet diese &#8222;From the fying pan into the fire&#8220; (etwa aus der Bratpfanne ins Feuer&#8220; gelangen), im Australischen &#8222;To sit in a Gumtree&#8220;, also eher &#8222;in einer Klemme sitzen&#8220;, denn der Eukalyptusbaum brennt durch den hohen Anteil an \u00e4therischen \u00d6len in den Bl\u00e4ttern, wie Zunder und ist mithin kein guter Platz zum \u00dcberleben.
